Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. However, as a courtesy to our stylists and other clients, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes.
Cancellation/Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. You can do this by calling our salon at (585) 244-3324. If you reach our voicemail, please leave a clear message with your name, appointment date, and time.
Late Cancellation/Less than 48 Hours Notice
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, we require a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be equivalent to 50% of the total service(s) booked and will be due before booking any future appointments. This fee helps compensate our stylists for the lost time and ensures that we can accommodate other clients.
No-Shows
If you fail to show up for your appointment without any prior notice, you will be considered a “no-show.” No-shows are highly disruptive to our scheduling and may prevent other clients from booking in that time slot. Therefore, a no-show fee of 100% of the total service(s) booked will be charged, which will be due before booking any future appointments.
Emergency Situations
We understand that emergencies happen, and we will consider each situation on a case-by-case basis. If you have a genuine emergency that prevents you from giving 48 hours’ notice, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
Group Appointments and Special Events
For group appointments and special events, we may require a longer cancellation notice period, depending on the number of participants and the complexity of the services booked. Our team will inform you of the specific cancellation policy when making the reservation.
